Welcome to HAIR ETHAD EQUIPMENT RENTAL COMPANY . By using our website and renting equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Agreement

Rental of heavy machinery is subject to these terms and the specific rental contract. You agree to use the equipment for its intended purpose and follow safety guidelines.

Rental Fees & Payment

Rental fees are outlined in your agreement. Payments are due as specified, and late payments may incur additional charges. You are also responsible for extra costs like delivery, damages, or fuel.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required. It will be refunded upon return of equipment in the same condition, minus any damages or fees.

Delivery & Pickup

We will deliver and pick up equipment at the agreed location. You must provide clear access and ensure the site is suitable.

Use & Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the equipment during the rental period and for any damages caused by misuse. We are responsible for repairs caused by normal wear and tear.

Insurance & Liability

You are responsible for providing insurance during the rental period. You agree to indemnify us against any damages or losses arising from the use of the equipment.

Loss or Theft

You are liable for the full cost of equipment if it is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.

Return of Equipment

The equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition, with normal wear and tear allowed. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Termination

You may terminate the rental with notice, but cancellations within one hours may incur a fee. We reserve the right to terminate the rental if terms are violated.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Arabia Saudi.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
